Chef Luciano’s signature item include: Spicy Jerk Chicken served with Plantain, Baked Chicken marinated in Garlic & Herbs – “Pollo al Carbon” Caesar Salad with Chicken or sautéed Shrimp, Black Beans, Red Beans & Rice, and fresh Stir fried Vegetables. “I serve what I enjoy eating” say Chef.

Chef Luciano has two entrance located along Cermak Rd. The first entrance takes you to Pollo al Carbon – where the focus is on serving its signature Pollo al Carbon – spicy baked chicken served with Pilav Rice & Red Beans, Fried Whole Tilapia, Fried Gourmet White Fish, Farm Raised Fried Catfish, Fried Calamari, and Fried Chicken Wings. Only fresh herbs and botanicals are used in preparing all of the Gourmet Foods.

The second entrance, located two doors east of Pollo al Carbon, is where you will find Chef Luciano. Here, the focus is on pure olive oil cooking; nothing is deep fried in this kitchen. Featured dishes includes Linguine or Angel Hair Pasta with Marinara, Olivio, Alfredo or Pesto sauces with Shrimps or Sea Scallops, Jerk Chicken with Plantains, Black Beans, fresh Salmon, Tilapia Fish Fillets, Cajun Catfish Fillets, Fresh Chilean Sea Bass, Spicy Lamb, Spicy Ground Turkey, Lentil Soup, and lots of fresh vegetables.
